For long, straight, consistently welded seams, the Miller Weldmaster CS-112 is simply the world’s most efficient machine for assembling your products. The CS-112 will weld acrylic fabrics and PVC fabrics faster than any other technology available—guaranteed!
The CS-112 can be equipped with either a hot air or hot wedge heating system to suit your production needs. With a pneumatic rotary cutter on each machine, the CS-112 will give you the capability to cut a long, straight, laser-guided line every time. The CS-112 will weld your product in one pass and trim your product in another pass with very little fabric handling.
The Miller Weldmaster CS-112 is the machine to manufacture your product, whether you product tent mid-sections and side walls, soft side trailer, swimming pool safety covers, acrylic or vinyl awnings, various tarpaulins, near invisible sign seams or simply any long straight seam.
